ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you. 

 

SIZING

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.

 

COLORS

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.  

 

DELIVERY

Product will be delivered in 40-80 business days from the day of order confirmation depending on the outfit ordered (delivery timeline, mentioned in product description for each product). For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on +91 9811620809. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

  3. Measurements
  4. No response from the customer

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. 

 

CUSTOM AND DUTIES

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you the cost as it varies from country to country. These charges are paid by the recipient of the parcel.
